Each year LINC participates in Youth Week. In 2006 youth from the Bowenfels community hosted a Youth Disco for all Lithgow youth at the Union Theatre. Many thanks to the Lithgow Workmens Club, Delta Electricity and Lithgow City Council who sponsored this event.

On 5 October 2006, LINC, in conjunction with Lithgow City Council and the New South Wales Health Department, will launch a series of school holiday activities at Bowenfels running every school holidays until June 2007. Activities may include tennis and basketball camps, sailing, canoeing, abseiling, bushwalking. For more information about events contact the Community Development Worker at LINC on 6352 2077.
