Enjoying the Youth Week Disco 2006

The Community Development Worker helps build stronger communities in Lithgow and its surrounding areas so people are well informed, resourced and connected and equity and diversity are embraced. Generally a Community Development Worker helps create workshops, ongoing groups, mini-festivals or events that aim to promote diversity within our community.
